Have insurance? Visit our walk-in clinic and we’ll bill your insurance for the services and treatments we provide for you. Please bring your insurance card and an identification card with you to your visit. If you have secondary insurance, be sure to bring those details with you, as well.
Don’t have insurance? Have a high deductible plan? Immediate Care by Curewell offers low self-pay rates for our procedures and services. Just ask the receptionist for details when you check-in.
Your co-pay will be determined by your insurance carrier.
We now accept Medicaid!
Certain Medicaid plans are accepted in our clinics. Plans affiliated with a hospital or a PCP cannot be accepted at this time.
We also accept all workers comp insurances & claims from motor vehicle accidents.
