How it Works
Convenience at your front door
After scheduling online a specially-trained CareVan Care Specialist will arrive to your home for the appointment. The Care Specialist will take your vitals and ask prescreening questions. From there, a CareVan provider joins the appointment via video conference to consult with you, diagnose the issue and prescribe treatment. Thanks to innovative medical technology, the provider can see inside your ears, nose and throat, hear your heart beat, and see your vitals in real time.
When the appointment is complete, CareVan works with most major insurance providers to determine any out-of-pocket costs, just like an in-person clinic visit.
What does it Cost
Outside of the $19.99 convenience fee, The visit cost will be the same as a standard immediate care visit. We bill your insurance! There are no hidden fees or charges, no additional tip or service fee, and we accept most major insurance plans.
